We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth for our Home Energy Management System (HEMS) and AI Optimization capabilities.
In this role you will play a key part in expanding the Enphase Energy Management System beyond solar and battery solutions. You will help integrate smart electric vehicle charging heat pumps HVAC systems and intelligent appliances into the Enphase ecosystem creating a system that optimizes energy use to meet customer goals such as maximizing savings reducing carbon footprint or supporting grid stability.
You will work closely with existing and new customers including utilities installers and system owners as well as with our sales applications and global product development teams. Together you will define develop and position Enphases IQ Energy Management and AI Optimization as market-leading solutions.
You will lead the way in building relationships identifying new markets and creating innovative revenue models that strengthen the IQ Energy Management business.
This position is based in Europe either at our Den Bosch Netherlands or Frankfurt Germany office with the option to work remotely and visit these sites regularly. You will report to the HEMS Product Line Manager in Germany and collaborate extensively with colleagues and stakeholders across the US Europe and Australia. Fluency in English is essential to ensure effective cross-functional communication.
Become the main driver of a new energy management product gather market knowledge and position Enphase in the smart energy sector with all relevant market stakeholders. Become the VOC (Voice of the Customer) for internal stakeholders and shape the design of optimized energy management products and services. Be obsessed with our customers who they are what their needs and pain points are why they trust certain products and not others and channel these insights to the product management and development teams.
