Join us on our journey : to build Europe’s largest residential virtual power plant we are looking for a forward-thinking highly driven and experienced Business Developer (d / f / m) to support our growth. This role you’ll work on strategic projects, analyse complex challenges and drive execution across various teams. You’ll turn ideas into feasible business models to accelerate growth.

Salary Range: 65,000 - 80,000 competitive ESOP package
Working Mode: Office First set‑up
Language Requirement: C1 Level English, German preferred
You will tackle Flexa’s most urgent and high‑impact projects – setting new growth records and unlocking our full market potential.
Boost existing offerings: Identify inefficiencies, streamline partner management and scale partner sales operations.
Develop new commercial models: Conduct market research, test traction and create scalable business models.
Launch new offerings: Set up partnerships, onboard initial customers and support the team to expand our VPP into new segments.
Manage technical dependencies: Coordinate with tech and product teams, assess feasibility and ensure alignment.
Contribute to Flexa’s vision: Align initiatives with company goals and communicate progress to leadership, investors and partners.
Mandatory Requirements
Language skills: Fluent in English (C1), German preferred
