Major Roles & Responsibilities
- Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Collect, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders. Translate business needs into clear and actionable functional specifications.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between business teams, clients, and IT/development teams. Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions to align expectations.
- Process Mapping & Improvement: Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement. Develop workflows, process maps, and business models.
- Data Analysis & Interpretation: Perform data collection, analysis, and reporting to support decision-making. Identify trends, patterns, and insights for business optimization.
- Solution Design & Validation: Work with technical teams to design solutions that meet business objectives. Validate solutions through user acceptance testing (UAT) and feedback.
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare BRD, FSD, and Use Cases. Maintain updated project documentation and create reports for stakeholders.
- Project Coordination & Support: Support project managers in planning, monitoring, and delivery. Track progress, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions.
- Agile & Scrum Participation: Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and development teams. Write user stories, define acceptance criteria, and participate in sprint planning.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Assist QA teams in defining test cases and ensuring system functionality. Validate that delivered solutions meet business requirements.
- Change Management & Training: Support change management initiatives during new system or process implementations. Conduct training sessions and provide guidance to end-users.
