A global financial services consulting firm is seeking an experienced Business Analyst in Frankfurt to enhance onboarding processes and ensure compliance with KYC and AFC regulations. The role involves analyzing existing processes, supporting regulatory change initiatives, and collaborating across teams. Applicants should have over 4 years of experience, strong KYC expertise, and fluency in both German and English. This fixed-term contract offers a hybrid working model.

We are expanding our presence in Frankfurt and are seeking experienced Business Analysts with strong KYC / AFC expertise to join our growing team.
As a Business Analyst, you will support private banking and wealth management clients in enhancing their onboarding processes, improving client and advisor experience, and ensuring robust adherence to Anti-Financial Crime (AFC) and Know-Your-Customer (KYC) requirements. You will work closely with business stakeholders, compliance, technology teams, and operations to analyse current-state processes, design improvements, and manage delivery of regulatory and process-change initiatives.
