In the position of Branch Manager (m/w/d) at our Braunschweig office, you will act as a sales role model in the placement of industrial professionals and be responsible for the strategic business development of the location.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Lead the branch with direct reporting line to the Regional Director.
• Own the budget and results responsibility for the location.
• Act as a sales leader, building long‑term business relationships and acquiring new clients through active outreach.
• Identify new opportunities and market potentials with your team and execute all necessary sales and recruitment activities.
• Coach, motivate and develop your team and be their first point of contact.
• Conduct regular feedback and year‑end reviews, developing individual goals.
• Expand your team and leverage your existing network.
• Contribute to the branch’s success as a motivating force.
• Represent DIS AG at events and network with other executives of the Adecco Group.

Ihr Profil

• Completed university degree or commercial training.
• Proven sales talent and competency as a functional and disciplinary leader in staffing.
• Track record of company/department/team successes initiated as a leader.
• Leadership based on a strong value system that both challenges and supports employees.
• Strong team spirit, connecting companies and candidates together.
• Confident, eloquent presence and negotiation skills that quickly earn client and candidate trust.
• Autonomous, structured and prioritising work style with oversight.
• Valid driving licence (Car, Class B) to visit clients.
• Fluent in German and English.
