This hire will own top-of-funnel sourcing, initial screening, and candidate qualification, working closely with the VP of Recruiting to keep the pipeline full of credentialed, work-ready candidates.

A clinical background is required to evaluate credentials firsthand, not just keyword-matching resumes.

Role Overview

Coordination & Reporting

• Report pipeline status and screening outcomes to the VP of Recruiting

• Communicate with candidates professionally via Slack, email, and Teams

• Has hands-on clinical experience (RN, LVN, or MD background)
• Is fully bilingual in English and Spanish, written and verbal
• Works independently and stays organized across a moving pipeline
• Comfortable in a lean, fast-paced, part-time remote setup
