This role is dedicated to keeping our candidate pipelines full, warm, and moving. The primary focus will be on Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) and support for physician sourcing as needed. You will work closely with our recruiters to ensure every handoff is clean, every outreach is strategic, and no great candidate goes cold. This role reports directly to the Clinical Recruitment Manager, with a dotted-line reporting relationship to the Vice President of Talent Acquisition for physician sourcing strategy.
Sourced candidates will be assigned between recruiters on a rotating basis. You will work closely with the recruitment manager and the clinical sourcing scout to maintain equal distribution.
