We are seeking a Junior Recruiter to support full-cycle hiring for clinical and non-clinical healthcare roles on our federal programs. This is a hands-on sourcing and screening role well suited to someone with a couple of years of agency or in-house healthcare recruiting experience who wants to move into the federal contracting space. You will work closely with senior recruiters and program managers to build candidate pipelines, conduct initial screens, and keep candidates moving through the process.

This may include a brief telephone interview or email communication to verify resume details and discuss compensation expectations. Interviews will be conducted with the most qualified candidates. Broadway Ventures conducts background checks and drug testing prior to the start of employment. Some positions may also require fingerprinting.
