Zusammenfassung

MB Automation GmbH & Co. KG in Roding, Bavaria, is seeking a dedicated professional to join our service team that designs, implements and operates support for government solutions around secure identity management.

You will analyze international tenders, develop service concepts, and coordinate with sales, customers and partners to deliver and price services, while building new offerings and optimizing existing ones. Travel may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in engineering or economics or comparable education.
• Creativity in designing solutions and ability to present concepts and offers (oral and written).

Aufgaben

• You are part of the service team designing, implementing and operating the support for government solutions around secure identity management.
• Analysis of international tenders / feasibility assessment of the service requirements with relevant departments.
• Design and development of service and support solutions including related calculation / pricing.
• Internal/external project communication with sales, customers and partners.
• Develop new customer services and optimize existing services.
• Interface between customers, sales, project management, order management, technology and service.

• Analysis of international tenders / feasibility assessment of the service-related requirements in cooperation with relevant specialist departments
• Conceptual design and development of service and support solutions in technical and economic terms, including related calculation / pricing of the offered services
• Internal / external project communication for project development and project acquisition (in cooperation with sales and in contact with customers, project partners, etc.)
• Development of new customer services and optimization of existing servicesile>
• Interface between customers, sales, project management, order management, technology and service

Your profile

• Degree in engineering or economics - or comparable oriented education / profession
• Creativity in the design of solutions, conceptual thinking and the ability to prepare and showcase concepts and offers (oral and written form)
• Understanding of complex contexts and understanding of solutions in economic and technical terms
• Assertiveness and your ability to work in a team
• Resilient and flexible mindset
• Communication, persuasion and coordination skills
• Professional dealings with customers and good rhetoric, willingness to travel
• Very good spoken and written English is a must, additional foreign language desirable (French, Spanish, Arabic)
• Knowledge of German language (C1) is an advantage, but not a must
