Die Mühlbauer Group sucht Sie am Standort Roding zur Verstärkung des Service-Teams, das unsere Behördenlösungen rund um Identity-Management unterstützt, implementiert und betreibt. Sie arbeiten an der Analyse von Ausschreibungen, prüfen Machbarkeit der Serviceanforderungen und gestalten wirtschaftlich sinnvolle Service- und Support-Lösungen.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören die Preisgestaltung, die interne und externe Projektkommunikation, die Entwicklung neuer Services sowie die Optimierung

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Ingenieurwesen oder Wirtschaft, bzw. vergleichbare Ausbildung.
• Fähigkeit, Konzepte und Angebote sprachlich überzeugend zu präsentieren.
• Verständnis komplexer wirtschaftlich-technischer Zusammenhänge.
• Durchsetzungsfähigkeit und Teamfähigkeit.
• Resiliente, flexible Arbeitsweise und Reiselust.
• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse; Deutsch-Kenntnisse von Vorteil.

Aufgaben

• Mitwirkung im Serviceteam bei Entwicklung, Implementierung und Betrieb des Supports für Regierungs-Lösungen im Identity-Management.
• Analyse internationaler Ausschreibungen und Machbarkeitsprüfungen in Zusammenarbeit mit Fachabteilungen.
• Konzeption und Entwicklung von Service- und Support-Lösungen inkl. Preisgestaltung.
• Interne/externes Projekt-Controlling und Kommunikation mit Vertrieb, Kunden und Partnern.
• Entwicklung neuer Services und Optimierung bestehender Angebote.

• You are part of the service team designing, implementing and operating the support for our government solutions around secure identity management
• Analysis of international tenders / feasibility assessment of the service-related requirements in cooperation with relevant specialist departments
• Conceptual design and development of service and support solutions in technical and economic terms, including related calculation / pricing of the offered services
• Internal / external project communication for project development and project acquisition (in cooperation with sales and in contact with customers, project partners, etc.)
• Development of new customer services and optimization of existing services
• Interface between customers, sales, project management, order management, technology and service

Your tasks

Your profile

• Degree in engineering or economics - or comparable oriented education / profession
• Creativity in the design of solutions, conceptual thinking and the ability to prepare and showcase concepts and offers (oral and written form)
• Understanding of complex contexts and understanding of solutions in economic and technical terms
• Assertiveness and your ability to work in a team
• Resilient and flexible mindset
• Communication, persuasion and coordination skills
• Professional dealings with customers and good rhetoric, willingness to travel
• Very good spoken and written English is a must, additional foreign language desirable (French, Spanish, Arabic)
• Knowledge of German language (C1) is an advantage, but not a must
