These tasks are waiting for you

• Collection and analysis of customer requirements for the design of our service management solution
• Technical implementation of the defined solution design in close collaboration with the project team
• Conducting trainings for customers and employees
• Creation of technical specifications and solution designs, as well as support for testing and quality assurance
• Documentation of the solution and handover to customers and colleagues through briefings

What you have to offer

• Degree in (business) informatics, a comparable qualification, or relevant professional experience
• Basic knowledge of the project lifecycle, process analysis, and modeling (e.g., BPMN)
• Experience with database environments and IT infrastructure
• Basic knowledge of (scripting) programming languages such as SQL or C# is an advantage
• Excellent German skills as well as confident English skills, both written and spoken
