Zusammenfassung

Mühlbauer GmbH & Co. KG in Germany is seeking a service & solutions professional to design, implement and operate support for government identity management solutions from our Roding site.

You will collaborate with sales, project management and customers on tenders, feasibility and pricing of service offerings. We require a degree in engineering or economics, strong conceptual thinking, and excellent English; travel willingness and team spirit are essential.

• Ability to design and present concepts and offers (oral and written).
• Understanding of complex contexts and solutions in economic and technical terms.
• Willingness to travel and strong communication skills.

• Design, implement and operate support for government identity management solutions.
• Analyze international tenders and assess service requirements with specialists.
• Conceptualize service offerings and calculate pricing.
• Coordinate project communication with sales, customers and partners.
• Develop new services and optimize existing ones.
• Interface between customers, sales, project management, orders, technology and service.

Your tasks

• You are part of the service team designing, implementing and operating the support for our government solutions around secure identity management
• Analysis of international tenders / feasibility assessment of the service-related requirements in cooperation with relevant specialist departments
• Conceptual design and development of service and support solutions in technical and economic terms, including related calculation / pricing of the offered services
• Internal / external project communication for project development and project acquisition (in cooperation with sales and in contact with customers, project partners, etc.)
• Development of new customer services and optimization of existing services
• Interface between customers, sales, project management, order management, technology and service

Your profile

• Degree in engineering or economics - or comparable oriented education / profession
• Creativity in the design of solutions, conceptual thinking and the ability to prepare and showcase concepts and offers (oral and written form)
• Understanding of complex contexts and understanding of solutions in economic and technical terms
• Assertiveness and your ability to work in a team
• Resilient and flexible mindset
• Communication, persuasion and coordination skills
• Professional dealings with customers and good rhetoric, willingness to travel
• Very good spoken and written English is a must, additional foreign language desirable (French, Spanish, Arabic)
• Knowledge of German language (C1) is an advantage, but not a must
