Job summary

Die Mühlbauer GmbH & Co. KG in Bayern sucht eine engagierte Fachkraft für Projektmanagement im Bereich ID-Dokumente.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört die Planung, Steuerung und Kontrolle von Kundenprojekten, die technische Koordination mit Projektmanagement, Entwicklung, Fertigung und Beschaffung sowie Lieferanten. Sie beraten im ID-Dokumentenbereich, bereiten technische Spezifikationen vor und prüfen sie, erstellen technische Dokumentationen und entwickeln wettbewerbsfähige Vorschläge.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossenes Abitur, Bachelorabschluss oder Techniker.
• Starkes Interesse an Projektmanagement und Technik.
• Erste Erfahrung in der Projektarbeit.
• Affinität zu wirtschaftlichen Aspekten (technisch/ökonomisch).
• Gute Organisations- und Zeitmanagementfähigkeiten.
• Ausgezeichnete Englischkenntnisse; Deutschkenntnisse wünschenswert.

Responsibilities

• Technische Koordination mit Projektmanagement, Entwicklung, Fertigung und Beschaffung sowie Lieferanten.
• Vorbereitung/Prüfung technischer Spezifikationen für ID-Dokumentenaufträge.
• Beratung im ID-Dokumentenbereich, inkl. Ausschreibungsbewertungen.
• Erstellung technischer Dokumentationen.
• Entwicklung wettbewerbsfähiger Vorschläge.

Job description

Your tasks:

• Planning, management and control of customer projects in the field of ID documents
• Technical coordination with project management, engineering, manufacturing and procurement as well as with suppliers
• Preparation and review of specifications relevant to ID document orders
• Consulting in the ID documents sector, including tender evaluation
• Preparation of technical documentation
• Developement of competitive proposals

Your profile:

• High school graduation, bachelor degree or well educated technician
• Strong interest in project management and technology
• First experience with project work
• Affinity to commercial aspects (focus on technical and economic aspects) and technical understanding desirable
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills in English
• German language skills are desirable
