As they continue their exponential growth across Europe, they are seeking a motivated and assured BESS Solutions Manager to drive technical engagement and project success within their thriving German team.

What will you be doing?

• Leading technical and commercial solutions for battery energy storage systems (BESS) across Germany and wider Europe
• Working creatively with clients to design bespoke energy storage solutions that meet unique project demands
• Project managing the pre-sales cycle: requirements gathering, tailored BOMs, and technical sales support
• Collaborating strongly with cross-functional teams, from engineering to commercial staff, to ensure seamless delivery
• Building strong and vibrant relationships, presenting technical concepts to both expert and non-expert audiences

Are you the ideal candidate?

• Proven winner in BESS, battery storage, or utility-scale renewables (min. 5 years’ experience)
• Refreshed with German business fluency and/or English (German preferable; C1/B2 minimum ideal)
• Degree qualified in Engineering or similar technical discipline
• Inspired by new technology and creative project delivery
• Confident and focused, able to work assuredly with clients and internal teams alike
