Jobbeschreibung

As a Campus Community Associate (Entry-level) based in Berlin, Germany, you will directly engage with members of the Delta Campus community. Your responsibilities involve providing excellent customer service day-to-day by overseeing our reception area, being the first point of contact for all members and visitors and helping with all sorts of administrative tasks and requests.

The primary goal is to ensure smooth daily operations, fostering a positive environment and member satisfaction. This role requires dedication to creating a positive community experience and ensuring daily smooth operations to contribute significantly to the well-being and cohesion of the Delta Campus community.

Please note: This is a fixed-term 1 year ( 40 hours per week) contract, with the option to move to a permanent role as the requirements for this role develop.

Key Responsibilities
  • Covering the reception desk Mo - Fr during opening hours between 07:30 am to 06:00 pm (early or late shift), ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Greeting members and visitors, guiding them to the respective rooms, offices and events.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as handing out visitor passes and ensuring correct tracking.
  • Assist members with general inquiries, service requests, and information, demonstrating a proactive and helpful approach.
  • Ensure overall guest experience by regularly checking all communal spaces, and opening and closing rounds.
  • Facilitate day-to-day campus amenities and services, look after kitchen amenities, and help set up meeting rooms and event space if needed.
  • Receiving, sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Handling the general inbox and informing the respective departments or point of contact if needed.
  • Ensure the smooth daily operations of the Delta Campus, addressing any operational challenges promptly and effectively with relevant parties to rectify concerns.
  • Keep track and report maintenance topics and special cleaning tasks.
  • Follow established protocols during emergencies, providing guidance and assistance as needed.
