B2B Sales Engineer (Hebrew & English) Remote Sofia (Bulgaria)

We are hiring a B2B Sales Engineer with native‑level Hebrew and strong technical sales skills to join an international tech‑driven company.

This is a full‑time remote role contracted in Sofia, Bulgaria with the possibility to move to a hybrid setup in the future.

The position combines solution‑selling technical consulting and customer‑facing sales working closely with multiple stakeholders in a B2B environment.

Your Responsibilities
  • Attend customer meetings and deliver sales presentations and product / service demos (online & phone)
  • Provide technical expertise to support sales objectives
  • Prepare technical proposals and presentations
  • Apply solution‑selling techniques and maintain proactive client communication
  • Analyze customer needs and develop competitive technical solutions
  • Advise customers and internal sales teams on product and technical aspects
  • Deliver technical training sessions when required
  • Identify opportunities to improve and streamline sales processes
  • Ensure consistent follow‑up on opportunities and inquiries
  • Handle objections and manage competitive pressure
  • Build strong relationships with decision‑makers and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Native‑level Hebrew (mandatory)
  • Fluent English
  • Experience in B2B technical sales / sales engineering
  • Strong presentation and solution‑selling skills
  • Ability to work remotely in an international environment
What We Offer
  • Full‑time contract Monday‑Friday (09:00 – 18:00)
  • Remote role (Bulgarian contract Sofia)
  • Gross monthly base salary: 4,633 BGN
  • Target bonus: 1,725 BGN per quarter

  • 10 days or more of apartment paid by the company
