A new opportunity has opened for an Associate level investment candidate in Germany. Our client, a boutique investment firm are experiencing a positive sign in the market and continue to grow.

The business is keen to meet and talk to those located in the North Rhine-Westphalia area of Germany about the opportunity they have available and the career progression they can offer.

Prospective candidates will have experience of working within either a private equity or investment banking environment, along with experience and knowledge of working within the fast-paced real estate sector.

The role will provide someone with the opportunity to cover the continental European market, across all real estate asset classes.

Candidates will need to be conversant with the German language (especially verbal), contracts & general paperwork is quite often written in English however conversations with investors is typically in German.

On offer will be a salary which will likely fall within the bracket of €90,000 - €120,000 + discretionary bonus.

If you have been working in the real estate arena for perhaps 3 or 4 years, you reside in the North Rhine-Westphalia region or looking to relocate there, you are analytical & entrepreneurial and have some level of valuation experience this may be a fantastic platform for you.
