A leading pharmaceutical company is seeking an Associate Director of Statistics to provide strategic leadership across early development programs. This is a senior role where you’ll take accountability for statistical aspects of clinical plans, studies, and regulatory interactions, while mentoring teams and shaping decision-making at a global level.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead statistical strategy for multiple early development projects / indications
• Act as the primary statistical expert in regulatory meetings and cross-company initiatives
• Provide scientific leadership, ensuring high-quality and innovative statistical input into development plans and submissions
• Mentor and develop statisticians, fostering collaboration, efficiency, and innovation
• Oversee timelines, resources, and partnerships with CROs and cross-functional teams
• Drive process optimization and contribute to advancing statistical standards

About You :

PhD or MS in Statistics (or related discipline) with 6+ years of pharmaceutical experience

Proven track record leading clinical development projects and teams

Strong expertise in advanced statistical methods (Bayesian designs, Quantitative Decision-Making approaches a plus)

Significant experience with regulatory interactions and submissions

Excellent leadership, communication, and influencing skills at senior level
