  • Present comprehensive and customized enterprise solutions that address clients’ strategic priorities, fostering strong C‑suite relationships and building long‑term partnerships
  • Proactively identify, assess, and scale new growth opportunities within core accounts, driving strategic initiatives that expand Moody’s footprint and influence across the Professional Services segment
  • Develop, execute, and maintain robust strategic account plans, including accurate forecasting, performance tracking, and regular reporting of key metrics to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Continuously evaluate emerging top‑priority accounts, adjusting engagement strategies and resource allocation to maximize impact and deliver optimal results across the portfolio
  • Serve as the primary executive contact and escalation point for clients, connecting them with the right Moody’s resources to address opportunities, resolve challenges, and ensure satisfaction
  • Leverage deep industry expertise and market insights to uncover client risks and opportunities, delivering proactive, informed solutions that drive mutual success
  • Share valuable feedback and market intelligence with internal teams and leadership, informing strategy, innovation, and the development of new products and services to better meet client needs
