About The Role

As Assistant Creative Director (Germany), you’ll be a driving force behind our TV, social, and digital creative. Reporting to the Creative Director, you’ll bring storytelling, visual flair, and art direction to everything we produce while mentoring a small team of creatives and ensuring all work meets our brand standards.

You’ll collaborate with Marketing, Brand, Social, and Production to craft content that not only looks beautiful, but performs brilliantly from house campaigns to charity reveals and winner films.

This is a hands‑on role for a confident creative leader with strong art direction instincts, a love of story‑driven content, and the project management chops to bring big ideas to life on time and on brand.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Art Direction & Team Collaboration
  • Partner with the Creative Director to shape and lead the visual identity of Omaze Germany across all content channels.
  • Guide and inspire a small creative team (designers, editors, videographers) to deliver standout work.
  • Provide detailed art direction and feedback, ensuring high visual standards and consistency across campaigns.
  • Foster a collaborative, energetic creative culture that balances ambition with agility.
Content Development & Execution
  • Co‑lead creative development for TV, digital, and social media content from concept to delivery.
  • Collaborate with Brand, Marketing, Production, and Social teams to shape ideas into high‑performing campaigns.
  • Work on hero videos, ambassador content, charity/winner reveal films, PR cutdowns, and more.
  • Maintain brand consistency and storytelling integrity across all creative touchpoints.
Visual Design & Communication
  • Provide day‑to‑day creative leadership across film and digital assets, maintaining aesthetic and emotional impact.
  • Review and approve key assets, including:
  • TV and radio commercials
  • Social content & performance ads
  • Winner and charity films
  • Launch and close campaign assets
  • Printed and promotional materials
  • Help ensure our storytelling is always on‑brand, visually compelling, and locally resonant.
Project Management
  • Oversee multiple creative projects at once managing timelines, deliverables, and approvals.
  • Coordinate with internal production and freelance teams to ensure smooth execution and consistent output quality.
  • Track deadlines, monitor budgets, and flag resourcing needs as they arise.
About You
  • Proven Track record in creative, content, or art direction roles, ideally within a brand or agency environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing TV, digital, and social creative especially storytelling‑driven campaigns.
  • Confident leading visual creative direction with a sharp eye for design, tone, and emotional resonance.
  • Fluent in German and comfortable working in English are both essential.
  • Collaborative and communicative, able to bring people together around ideas.
  • Highly organised with strong project and people management skills.
  • Excited to contribute to a fast‑growing, purpose‑led brand.
  • Bonus if you have experience with consumer, charity, or lifestyle marketing.
