Position

We are looking for Area Sales Manager (m/w/d) to join our team in Bobcat. As Area Sales Manager at Bobcat, you’ll play a key role in our community. This role focuses on the retention and development of existing customer accounts and the acquisition of new business across the heavy and compact product group sales, rental, and service portfolio.

Responsibilities
  • Manage all customer accounts and sites within an assigned geographic patch.
  • Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities within target sectors.
  • Carry our product demonstrations and customer trainings.
  • Maintain up-to-date forecasts and sales pipelines through the CRM system.
  • Provide tailored advice and support through regular face-to-face engagement.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and exceed expectations for both internal and external stakeholders.
What sets you apart (Qualifications)
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales & Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years field-based B2B sales experience.
  • Demonstrated success in territory management.
  • Experience in contract hire and finance-based proposals.
  • Preferred experience early in the career as a service engineer.
  • Ideally experience selling compact/heavy solutions.
  • In-depth technical and commercial understanding.
  • CRM systems for sales management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Solution selling mindset and creative problem-solving ability.
  • Collaborative working across departments and disciplines.
