Job summary

Gulp AG in Hamburg-Finkenwerder is seeking an HR Business Partner to provide and manage HR services for the division, partnering closely with business leadership. You will advise executives on HR and labor law matters, implement HR strategies, and analyze HR KPIs for management.

Qualifications

Responsibilities include: Providing and managing HR services for the Single Aisle Equipping division in close partnership with the business; providing strategic and operational advice to executives and management on all HR-related and labor law matters; implementing HR strategies and providing and analyzing relevant HR KPIs and reports for management; ensuring compliance with HR guidelines, ethics and compliance standards, and national labor laws; harmonizing the application of compensation, benefits, training, and recruitment policies in line with business objectives; and promoting and supporting employee development and ensuring appropriate consequences management.

• Successfully completed studies in the field of business administration, economics, psychology, social sciences, sociology, international management or a comparable qualification
• Solid professional experience as an HR Business Partner as well as in general human resources or personnel administration
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and experience with SAP/R3 HR
• Practical experience in change management, project management, and ideally, Workday
• Fluent German skills and proficient English skills
• Independent, structured and proactive work style combined with strong communication skills across all hierarchical levels
