Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong IT skills: SAP, Google Workspace; knowledge of Lean Management and project management; Workday is a plus.

For our client Airbus Defence and Space in Bremen, we are seeking an HR Business Partner (m/f/d). Responsibilities include: Change Management & Consulting: Advising managers on organizational changes, change processes, and employment law issues; Talent Management & Personnel Development: Contributing to people reviews, identifying high-potential employees, conducting individual career counseling, and implementing strategic succession planning; Resource Planning & Controlling: Qualitative and quantitative resource planning (headcount planning, skill management, staffing plans) in coordination with specialist departments and controlling; HR Processes & Strategy: Steering strategic HR topics, identifying departmental needs, and collaborating with Centers of Expertise on the implementation of new HR tools; Compensation & Recruiting: Setting salaries, conducting selection interviews for key positions, and handling internal approval processes with employee representatives; Project Work: Participating in national and international HR projects and taking on the management of sub-projects on a phased basis.

• Education: Successfully completed studies (at least Bachelor's degree) in law, business informatics, business administration or a comparable field of study (ideally with a focus on human resources)
• Professional experience: At least 2 years of relevant professional experience as an HR Business Partner, in personnel administration, human resources or stakeholder management
• IT skills: In-depth application knowledge of SAP, knowledge of Google Workspace, and good knowledge of Lean Management and project management; experience with Workday is an advantage.
• Language skills: Fluent German and English, both spoken and written.
• Personal skills: Quick comprehension of technical and organizational contexts, independent and structured working style, and strong communication skills at all hierarchical levels.
