Job summary

Tintschl Technik GmbH in Germany seeks an experienced HR professional to manage HR services for the Single Aisle Equipping area and advise leaders on HR matters.

Key responsibilities include implementing HR strategies, analyzing HR metrics, applying ethics and compliance standards, and coordinating compensation, benefits, training and recruitment policies with management. The role supports employee development and appropriate consequence management.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in HR Management or comparable with focus on HR, Management, or similar
• Operational HR experience is essential
• Knowledge of SAP/R3 HR and its detailed functions is essential
• Experience with Workday is desirable
• Fluent German and English language skills are essential

Responsibilities

The position is fixed-term until March 2028.

Your Tasks

• Deliver and manage HR services for the Single Aisle Equipping area in close partnership with the business.
• Advise line managers and senior management on all HR-related matters.
• Implement HR strategies and support the preparation and analysis of HR metrics and management reports.
• Communicate and apply HR policies, Ethics & Compliance standards, and national employment laws when advising management.
• Ensure the consistent and harmonised implementation of compensation and benefits, training, and recruitment policies in coordination with management and in line with business objectives.

Your Profile

• Completed Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or comparable studies with a focus on HR, Management, or a similar qualification
• Professional experience in an operational HR environment is essential
• Knowledge of SAP/R3 HR and its detailed functions is essential
• Experience with Workday is desirable
• Fluent German and English language skills are essential
