Cpl Group is hiring German-speaking Ad Sales Account Managers for an AI advertising platform client. Roles are based in Dublin 4, onsite, with a 12-month contract and potential extension.

Fluent German and English (C1+), 3+ years in digital advertising for Senior level or 2+ years in inside sales for Sales-Led, plus CRM experience (Salesforce) preferred. You will own SMB advertiser portfolios and drive growth through outbound outreach and data-driven campaign advice.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in digital advertising, ad sales, performance marketing or advertising account management.
• Hands-on experience building and optimising campaigns (paid social preferred).
• Ownership of client relationships and results, with a record of retaining clients or growing ad spend.

Responsabilités

• Owning a portfolio of SMB advertisers, with responsibility for growth and retention.
• Engaging existing and prospective clients through warm outbound calls, email and follow-ups (40–50 touchpoints a day).
• Qualifying leads and progressing opportunities through a structured pipeline.
• Advising clients on campaign strategy, optimisation and performance, with clear data-backed recommendations.
• Keeping your CRM, forecasts and reporting accurate and up to date.

What You\'ll Need (All Roles)

• Fluent German and English (C1 or higher), spoken and written


• Proven, hands-on experience in digital advertising (ads) — essential for every role


• A track record of working to targets


• Strong communication skills and the confidence to talk to clients at every level


• CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)


• Completed High School Diploma (Irish Leaving Cert or equivalent)


• The right to work in Ireland
