Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a target-driven B2B sales professional to join our global team in Barcelona, Spain. You will drive new business acquisition by connecting German-speaking clients with advanced AI advertising solutions, from lead qualification to deal closure.

Responsibilities include outbound prospecting, needs analysis for high-potential accounts, building a strong pipeline, and collaborating with customer success for smooth onboarding and cross-sell opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years in B2B sales or business development.
• Fluent German (C1) and English (B2).

What You Will Do

• Drive full-cycle sales from lead qualification and outbound prospecting (cold calling, email, social selling) to deal closing
  
• Conduct needs analysis for high-potential clients and present tailored AI advertising solutions
  
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to meet and exceed revenue targets
  
• Utilize CRM tools (Salesforce) to track activities, pipeline, and account data accurately
  
• Collaborate with internal customer success teams for smooth client onboarding and cross-sell/upsell opportunities
  

Requirements

• Languages: C1-level German and B2-level English proficiency
  
• Experience: 2–3+ years of relevant professional experience in B2B sales, business development, pre-sales, or lead qualification
  
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital marketing (SEO, PPC, Ads ecosystem) and ad tech/AI platforms
  
• Sales Capabilities: Proven track record in outbound sales, cold calling, self-prospecting, and consultative selling
  
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms and database management
  
• Communication: Outstanding communication skills with experience presenting to C-level executives
