Grow-Talent.com is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist (German) for a relocation role to Dublin. Hybrid work model with at least one day in the office.

The role focuses on supporting US-based ad campaigns, optimizing performance, and delivering client-ready insights to drive revenue growth. You will collaborate with account teams, manage campaign setup and reporting, and communicate effectively with clients and Sales partners.

Qualifications

• Native/Fluent in German and English, both writing and speaking.
• Direct sales or account management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of campaign optimization.
• Strong understanding of performance and brand advertising metrics (CPM, CPA, Reach).
• Experience creating reports and dashboards from multiple data sources.
• Understanding of digital measurement solutions.
• Ability to cultivate strong relationships with Sales partners.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• QA mindset and high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist in pre-launch activities, including IOs and approvals.
• Collaborate with teams to set up campaigns and deliver client-ready reports.
• Monitor and report campaign performance daily, weekly and monthly.
• Provide ongoing performance updates to managers and clients.
• Offer proactive recommendations to meet performance goals.
• Perform hands-on optimization daily and weekly.
• Extract data to create actionable insights for client success.
• Prepare advertiser-ready wrap-up reports and QBRs.
• Provide direct client support via multiple channels.
• Lead weekly or bi-weekly client calls and track action items.
• Assist advertisers with troubleshooting and platform training.

Grow-Talent.com is working with "Top Workplace" tech business outsourcing company that is looking to hire a German speaking Digital Marketing Specialist for a US-based social media platform client. As a Senior Account Strategist, you will be responsible for assisting Client Account Managers in your designated vertical and region to meet clients advertising objectives and grow revenue through a combination of performance-driven and awareness-driven campaigns.

Position: Digital Marketing Specialist

Location: Dublin, Republic of Ireland

Work model: Hybrid, at least 1 day per week at the office

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary + bonus

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in pre-launch activities, including but not limited to communicating asset requirements, generating insertion orders (IO), obtaining Deal Desk approvals
• Collaborate with teams to gather assets, set up campaigns, and provide client-ready launch reports or screenshot decks as proof of concept
• Monitor and track campaign performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
• Provide ongoing performance updates to Client Account Managers and clients
• Make proactive recommendations to ensure performance goals are met
• Perform hands-on campaign optimization on a daily and weekly basis
• Extract and analyze data to create actionable insights that help drive client success
• Prepare polished, advertiser-ready wrap-up reports and quarterly business reviews
• Offer direct client support and expertise via multiple communication channels
• Lead weekly or bi-weekly client calls, capture action items, and ensure follow-through
• Assist advertisers with troubleshooting issues such as pixel placement, ads platform training, and technical bugs
• Represent the needs of the Client Account Manager and advertisers to management and cross-functional teams
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and support ongoing career development

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native/Fluent in German and English, both writing and speaking.
• Direct sales or account management experience is great to have but not a strong requirement
• Knowledge of campaign optimization
• Strong understanding of performance and brand advertising metrics, such as CPM, SOV, CPA, Conversion Lift, Brand Lift, Reach & Frequency
• Expert skills with Excel and/or Google Sheets and delivering actionable insights
• Experience creating reports and dashboards with multiple sources of data
• Understanding of digital measurement solutions
• Ability to cultivate strong relationships with Sales partners
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
• QA mindset and high attention to detail
• QA experience or business analysis experience will be an advantage
