A military support organization located in Hohenfels, Germany is hiring an Administrative Assistant. Schedule: 7:30am-16:00pm, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of experience assisting military service members and their families with community service information and referrals.
  • Proficient in English, equivalent to Level 3 language proficiency.
  • Skilled in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Internet, and Outlook.
  • Demonstrated customer service experience, with a focus on professionalism, courtesy, and the ability to handle a variety of client needs in a busy environment.
Duties
  • Provide information and referrals to ACS staff and community services.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of community and local resources.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on ACS and DFMWR programs.
  • Handle record-keeping, filing, and administrative support.
  • Manage office automation tasks (copier, scanner, fax).
  • Support in-processing and out-processing of military members and their families.
  • Follow up with customers and refer them to relevant programs.
  • Ensure ACS information and flyers are current and displayed.
  • Input client data and statistics into the Client Tracking System (CTS) daily.
  • Manage Lending Closet (LC) items: prepare requests, issue/receive items, and organize according to SOP.
