Zusammenfassung

MHC Mobility GmbH in Dortmund is looking for an Account Manager/Customer Coordinator to manage our fleet and coordinate with clients and suppliers. You will ensure smooth maintenance, repairs, and inspections while independently handling customer inquiries.

The position offers a full-time role with mobile working possibilities up to four days per week, a 13th month’s salary, 30 days of leave, and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in fleet management, logistics, or a comparable role.
• Technical understanding or knowledge of the commercial vehicle sector.
• Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel.

• Manage customer inquiries independently with international clients.
• Oversee damage and defect management through to repairs.
• Verify and process cost estimates, invoices and reports.
• Plan and monitor maintenance and inspections.

Account Manager/ Customer Coordinator (m/f/d) – Mobility Solutions

As part of a team, you will look after our fleet of cars, trucks and special vehicles and ensure that maintenance, repairs and statutory inspections run smoothly. At the same time, you will be responsible for coordinating communication with customers and suppliers and play an active role in shaping your day-to-day work.

This position is based in our Dortmund office and is full-time (40 hours). Mobile working is possible up to four days/week.

These tasks await you:

• You will work independently on customer inquiries and liaise closely with international customers and suppliers.
• You will also be responsible for damage and defect management, from reporting to completed repairs.
• Cost estimates as well as incoming and outgoing invoices are carefully checked and processed by you.
• Your tasks will also include planning and monitoring maintenance, repairs and statutory inspections, including reporting.
• You support administrative processes such as tenders and vehicle exchanges.

• You have experience in fleet management, logistics or a comparable commercial or technical function.
• You have a technical understanding or knowledge of the commercial vehicle sector.
• A confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel, is a matter of course for you.
• Very good written and spoken German and English are important for communication in an international environment. Other language skills are very welcome, preferably Italian.
• You work in a structured and independent manner and impress with your ability to work in a team and sense of responsibility.
