You’ll join a dynamic sales team entirely focused on Healthcare customers in the German market. You will work closely with Solution Engineers, Sales Specialists, and broader Cisco resources, all united by a compelling vision: to accelerate the digital transformation of the German Healthcare system, making it more efficient, universally accessible, and capable of delivering the highest quality of patient care through secure, innovative, and interconnected technology solutions. We strive to drive solution adoption and deliver lasting value to our customers. You will report to the Healthcare Sales Manager within the Public Sector organization.
As an Account Executive for Healthcare, you will be a strategic sales leader responsible for driving revenue growth and market share within the German healthcare market. You will cultivate and manage key customer relationships in healthcare organisations, understand their strategic business objectives, and position Cisco’s comprehensive portfolio – including networking, security, cloud, automation, and collaboration – to address their unique challenges. Your focus will be on navigating complex public sector procurement processes, demonstrating the business value of Cisco solutions in improving patient outcomes, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance with stringent healthcare regulations. You will lead the sales cycle, develop account strategies, and collaborate with technical and cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless pre‑sales, sales, and post‑sales support. You will deliver integrated solutions to bring impactful digital transformation for healthcare providers.
