Tasks
  • Drive sales performance and ensure achievement of revenue targets through marketplace transactions.
  • Facilitate and oversee transactions on the marketplace to ensure seamless trade between buyers and suppliers.
  • Collaborate with both buyers and suppliers to address any issues, inquiries, or challenges that may arise during the trading process.
  • Stay informed about market trends, product demand, and industry dynamics to make informed trading decisions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both buyers and suppliers to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Address any concerns or feedback from clients and work towards effective problem resolution.
  • Work closely with the Operations and Tech teams to provide feedback on platform functionality and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Commercially Driven: You love building relationships, spotting opportunities, and turning them into revenue. You understand what drives growth and take pride in closing deals that create real value.
  • Analytical & Strategic: You use data and insights to shape decisions, identify trends, and solve problems creatively.
  • Strong Communicator: Fluent in German and confident in English, you can influence, negotiate, and collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Adaptable & Resilient: You thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments and stay focused under pressure.
  • Global Thinking : Understanding of international trade and supply chains is a plus.
