Jobtailor in Hamburg is seeking a seasoned IT infrastructure specialist to operate and further develop our network across Germany. You will manage firewalls, VPNs, switching, routing and VLANs, ensuring high availability and security.

You will diagnose complex incidents at 2nd- and 3rd-line support, optimize DNS, DHCP and certificate services, and drive infrastructure projects with external partners while meeting SLAs.

Qualifikationen

• Completed vocational training with a focus on IT.
• Several years of professional IT experience—ideally five or more—in operating IT infrastructures with a focus on networking.
• Very good German and good English skills.
• Very good knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLAN, VPN, and firewall technologies.
• Experience with network monitoring and analyzing complex incidents.
• Good knowledge of DNS, DHCP, and basic Windows Server and Active Directory environments.
• Experience with hybrid IT infrastructures and virtualized environments, ideally VMware.
• Knowledge of modern IT security concepts.
• Structured, solution-oriented approach combined with a proactive mindset and strong team spirit.
