Encore Technologies in Colombia is seeking a Track & Trace / Dispatcher to monitor shipments from pickup to delivery, ensuring on-time, accurate results and clear updates for customers and carriers.

You will dispatch drivers, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain records while preparing reports on activity. Strong communication, organization, and experience in logistics are essential; proficiency with RingCentral and Central Dispatch is a plus.

Formación

• Experience in the logistics or transportation industry.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Track and trace shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Communicate with customers and carriers to provide updates.
• Dispatch drivers and coordinate with other teams for efficient delivery.
• Maintain records of shipments and dispatches.
• Prepare reports on shipment and dispatch activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
