Encore Technologies in Colombia is seeking a Track & Trace / Dispatcher to monitor shipments from pickup to delivery, ensuring on-time, accurate results and clear updates for customers and carriers.

You will dispatch drivers, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain records while preparing reports on activity. Strong communication, organization, and experience in logistics are essential; proficiency with RingCentral and Central Dispatch is a plus.

Formación

• Experience in the logistics or transportation industry.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and reporting.
