Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales and account management experience in transportation and logistics is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of land transportation.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills; interpersonal and customer relation skills.
• Strong negotiation skills with proven closing ability.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track shipments; maintain real-time visibility and service performance.
• Communicate with customers, drivers, and internal teams regarding shipment status and issues.
• Update customer portals, systems, and shipment records with accurate information.
• Coordinate pickup and delivery appointments and ensure customer requirements are met.
• Identify and resolve service disruptions, delays, and other operational exceptions.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with timely solutions and follow-up.
• Prepare and distribute overnight reports to overnight and daytime operations teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with customers, carriers, and stakeholders.
