Requirements include Advanced English (B2+/C1) and a background in technical or customer support. Initial 4-month contract with potential for transition to an indefinite term and higher salary based on performance.

RAM BPO is looking for a driven, fast-learning Technical Support Specialist to join our team working directly with a U.S. client. Key Qualifications

• English Proficiency: Advanced B2+ or C1 level (written and spoken).
• Experience: Background in technical support, customer support, or back-office operations.

Schedule & Availability

• Standard Hours: Monday through Friday, rotating shifts scheduled within a 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM availability window (includes a 1-hour lunch break).
• Weekend Availability: Required availability to work 1 weekend per month.
• Night & Weekend Shift Opportunities:
  • Night shifts and weekend shifts are 100% Remote.
  • Night and weekend shift options are available for Top Performers.
  • Night shifts include an additional night differential bonus.

Compensation & Contract Progression

• Starting Salary: $2,200,000 COP/month (Initial 4-month fixed-term contract).
• Performance Level-Up: Upon successful completion and strong performance, transition to $3,500,000 COP/month with an Indefinite Term Contract
