RAM BPO ? is seeking a dedicated professional to join our team in El Poblado, Medellín. In this role, you will facilitate communication between clients and underwriters, manage documentation, and provide customer support. Strong English skills are essential, along with the ability to juggle multiple tasks accurately and swiftly.

Formación

• Fluent in English at a B2+ level or higher.
• Organized and able to manage multiple cases without dropping them.
• Comfortable working in CRMs and quickly learning new tools.

Responsabilidades

• Receive information requests from underwriters and communicate clearly with clients.
• Complete applications and ensure accuracy and speed.
• Log actions and communications in the CRM.
• Monitor the inbox and respond with updates.

Conocimientos

Strong written and verbal English (B2+)

Organizational skills

Experience in insurance or customer service

Proactive communication

Ability to manage multiple tasks
