RAM BPO is seeking an organized client operations assistant in Medellín for a US-based commercial insurance tech company. You'll handle client–carrier requests, intake submissions, CRM logging, and proactive communication.

English must be strong (B2+), you’ll work with an international team, train during a 5-day onboarding, and enjoy a structured schedule Monday–Friday with a generous training stipend and onsite office in El Poblado.

Formación

• Strong written and verbal English at a B2+ level for client emails.
• Able to manage multiple cases with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with CRMs and learning new tools quickly.
• Sense of urgency and proactive communication.

Responsabilidades

• Process client–carrier inquiries and translate into clear language.
• Complete intake applications and rework submissions as needed.
• Log documents, communications and notes in the CRM.
• Monitor inbox, provide status updates and flag urgent items.
