RAM BPO in Medellín, Colombia seeks a driven Technical Support Specialist to work directly with a U.S.-based client. On-site duties with a rotating 7:00 AM–8:00 PM schedule and one weekend per month; night/weekend shifts are remote for top performers, with a night differential bonus.

Requirements include Advanced English (B2+/C1) and a background in technical or customer support. Initial 4-month contract with potential for transition to an indefinite term and higher salary based on performance.
