Job summary
Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems team. You will bridge warehouse operations and technical development by translating complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions, leveraging Manhattan Scale and Active capabilities.
You will own backlog, drive API integrations with ERP/TMS, and lead end-to-end testing to ensure robust supply chain execution.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience, with 6-8 years in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active.
- Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile delivery frameworks.
- Proven ability to execute end-to-end flow testing, root-cause analysis, and bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- CSPO or Manhattan certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own Backlog & Requirements: elicit needs and translate into epics, user stories, and specs for dev teams.
- Lead Technical Integration: map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
- Drive Flow Testing: design and execute end-to-end tests, validate complex supply chain edge cases.
- Provide System Expertise: act as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active configurations and architecture.
