Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team. You will bridge warehouse operations and technical development by translating complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions using Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active.

You will map APIs, EDI, and interfaces between WMS and ERP/TMS, design end-to-end testing, and ensure robust system configurations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT enterprise application experience with 6–8 years in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active
• Experience configuring WMS modules and integrating systems
• Proven testing and issue triage skills
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Own backlog, requirements, and epics for WMS solutions
• Lead technical integration between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS
• Design and execute end-to-end testing and UAT readiness
• Provide subject-matter expertise on Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active capabilities
