Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems team. This role bridges warehouse operations with development teams to translate complex logistics needs into scalable WMS solutions using Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active platforms.

You will own backlog, drive API integrations, and lead comprehensive end-to-end testing to ensure robust supply chain execution.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience with 6–8 years on Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile delivery.
• Proven ability to execute end-to-end flow testing, root-cause issue triage, and stakeholder bridging.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: elicit needs and translate to epics, user stories, and specs for dev teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: map and evaluate APIs, EDI and DB interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: design and execute end-to-end tests for complex supply chain edge cases before UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: act as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active capabilities, configurations, and architecture.
