Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a Technical Product Owner - WMS to bridge warehouse operations and development teams, translating complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions.

You will lead integration efforts with ERP/TMS, own the WMS backlog, and ensure robust end-to-end testing across Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active platforms. A strong background in SQL, REST/SOAP APIs, and Agile delivery is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience, with 6–8 years in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile delivery.
• Proven ability to execute end-to-end flow testing and bridge technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate into epics, user stories, and specs for development teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute end-to-end testing, validate edge cases before UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: Be SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities, configurations, and architecture.
