Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems team. You will bridge warehouse operations and technical development by turning complex logistics needs into scalable WMS solutions.

Leverage Manhattan Scale/Active expertise to optimize supply chain execution, lead API integrations, and drive end-to-end testing and system configuration. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in IT apps, 6–8 years with Manhattan platforms, strong SQL and Agile

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT enterprise application experience with 6-8 years on Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Proven ability to execute end-to-end flow testing, root-cause issue triage, and bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent; CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate them into epics, user stories, and technical specs for development teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and database interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute end-to-end lifecycle testing, validating edge cases before UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: Serve as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active configurations and architecture.
