Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to bridge warehouse operations and technical development teams. You will transform complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions, leveraging Manhattan Scale and Active capabilities.

The role focuses on shaping the enterprise software footprint, with responsibilities spanning backlog, integrations, testing, and architecture guidance. Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience.
• 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration and system integration standards.
• CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate into epics, user stories, and technical specs.
• Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute end-to-end lifecycle testing for complex supply chain edge cases.
• Provide System Expertise: Act as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active capabilities, configurations, and architecture.
