Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team. In this role, you’ll bridge warehouse operations and development by translating complex logistics needs into scalable WMS solutions using Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active.

You will own the backlog, drive API integrations with ERP/TMS, and lead end-to-end testing across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience.
• 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; CSPO or Manhattan cert preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: elicit operational needs and translate into epics, user stories, and specs.
• Lead Technical Integration: map and evaluate APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces between WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: design and execute end-to-end testing for complex supply chain edge cases.
• Provide System Expertise: act as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS configurations and architecture.
