Job summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems team. You will bridge warehouse operations and technical development, transforming complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions using Manhattan Scale and Active platforms.
You will collaborate with diverse stakeholders, translate needs into epics and user stories, and guide end-to-end testing and deployment.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience
- 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active
- Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile delivery frameworks
- Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/SCM or equivalent experience; CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate them into epics, user stories, and specs for development teams
- Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS
- Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute end-to-end lifecycle testing including complex edge cases
- Provide System Expertise: Serve as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities, configurations, and architecture
