Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems team in a role that bridges warehouse operations with development teams. You will transform complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions, focusing on Manhattan Scale and Active WMS capabilities.

You will own the backlog, drive API integrations with ERP/TMS, and lead end-to-end testing to ensure robust supply chain execution. A CS degree and Manhattan certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Ten-plus years of IT enterprise application experience.
• Six to eight years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience; CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate them into epics, user stories, and technical specs for development teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and database interfaces between Manhattan WMS and external systems like ERP and TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute comprehensive end-to-end lifecycle testing, validating complex supply chain edge cases before UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: Serve as the core subject matter expert for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities, configurations, and architecture.
