Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a Technical Product Owner - WMS to bridge warehouse operations with IT development. You will translate complex logistics needs into scalable WMS solutions, focusing on Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active capabilities.

You will collaborate with ERP and TMS interfaces, drive end-to-end testing, and own the backlog to deliver robust enterprise software enhancements. A CS/IT/SCM background and relevant certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT enterprise applications with 6–8 years on Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active.
• Strong knowledge of WMS configuration, SQL, integrations, and Agile delivery.
• BS in CS/IT/SCM; CSPO or Manhattan certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own backlog and requirements; translate needs into epics and user stories for developers.
• Lead technical integration; map REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces with ERP/TMS.
• Design end-to-end flow tests and validate complex supply chain edge cases.
• Provide subject matter expertise for Manhattan Scale/Active WMS configurations.
