• At least 4 years of proven hands-on recruitment experience.
• Experience with high-volume recruitment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Awareness of labor market trends in Colombia.
• Passion for talent attraction and recruitment.
• Achievement-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to progress and develop a career within the company.
• C1 English level required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full life cycle of recruitment for entry-level and desk-based roles.
• Identify and engage with the best talent on the market.
• Consult with hiring managers to understand and assess hiring needs.
• Track metrics to drive continuous improvements in recruitment decisions and quality of hires.
• Find the best channels and activities for talent acquisition.
• Take part in active sourcing.
• Set up and maintain recruitment systems.
